The kids in Ethiopia who received tablet and fought themselves how to use them is very cool, but i can't necessarily agree that they are changing the world with their motivation. If i had to choose a word to describe this it would be "curiosity". They were given something they had never seen, heard of, or even dreamed of. Sure there is motivation, but in my opinion it is more curiosity because when i and probably most people were young children we picked up random things we had no idea what they were and we figured them out. You see kindergardeners who can work an iPhone better than their parents, are we talking about their motivation? No, because there just one of 1,000,000 other kindergardeners who can all work an iPhone better than their parents.
